Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality 3D solutions for interior design applications, optimized for both desktop and VR platforms.
• Create and validate user interfaces for seamless interaction within virtual environments, including the development of interactive, web-based 3D visualizations.
• Prototype and implement gameplay systems, mechanics, and level designs using Unreal Engine (Blueprints or C++) and other relevant scripting tools.
• Collaborate with artists and designers to ensure technical feasibility, visual fidelity, and performance optimization across all features.
• Conduct user research and gameplay analysis to refine mechanics, enhance first-time user experience, and drive long-term user engagement.
• Troubleshoot and iterate on design and implementation issues based on testing results and user feedback.
• Document design workflows and technical specifications, including interaction diagrams, visual mockups, and feature flows to support cross-functional development.
• Optimize rendering, bandwidth usage, and latency for smooth user experiences across devices and networks.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or game design/development.

• 5+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Blueprints.
• Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or other web-based 3D frameworks.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques.
• Experience delivering virtual experiences for industries such as real estate, automotive, education, or healthcare.

• Willing to work to meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines, rendering, physics, and animation systems.
• Familiarity with multiplayer networking and UI frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
