• Manage the full cycle of internship programmes, including coordinating opportunities and supporting student participation.
• Track and monitor internship placement availability to ensure it meets student demand.
• Escalate any shortfall of placements to the Team Manager/Team Lead and recommend mitigation measures.
• Handle and resolve internship‑related issues raised by students or host organisations.
• Plan and execute events to educate students on internship requirements, processes and performance expectations.

Account Management and Stakeholder Management

• Engage employers to understand and support their internship hiring needs.
• Promote internship awareness and prepare students for internship readiness.
• Work with faculty members to support supervision and assessment of student internships.
