🎮 About Lobah Play
At Lobah Play, we’re building the next-generation global social gaming platform — where players can swipe, connect, and play across borders, cultures, and realities. Our products blend real-time multiplayer, voice chat, AI interaction, and user-generated content (UGC) to create a virtual playground for millions.
Design is at the core of how users explore our world — and we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft beautifully intuitive, emotionally engaging, and globally scalable user experiences.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Design and iterate core product experiences across mobile apps (iOS & Android) and responsive web platforms.
- Deliver end-to-end UX flows, from low-fidelity wireframes to polished, production-ready UI.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and branding teams to translate requirements into elegant, usable interfaces.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Run user testing, interviews, and usability studies, and synthesize feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Contribute ideas on gamification, onboarding flows, social interaction, retention mechanics, and in-app monetization from a design perspective.
- Maintain a strong pulse on design trends in gaming, live streaming, and global youth culture.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role in consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates mobile-first UI design, intuitive UX flows, and end-to-end design thinking.
- Proficient in Figma (our main tool), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie, etc.).
- Understanding of design best practices for iOS/Android guidelines, responsive web, and cross-platform consistency.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
- Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and interpreting qualitative & quantitative feedback.
- Bonus: Passion for gaming, livestream culture, avatars, or online communities.
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design, microinteractions, or game UI elements.
- Exposure to Web3, avatar-based products, or immersive social UX.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or workflows.
- Prior work in early-stage startups or global youth-facing consumer apps.
🎁 What You’ll Get
- Influence in shaping a product used by a global youth audience.
- Room to push design boundaries in interactive, multiplayer, voice-first environments.
- A fast-moving, founder-led product team that values experimentation and autonomy.
