We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user behavior, and can translate business requirements into elegant design solutions that delight users and achieve product goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate design concepts.

Translate brand identity and design systems into cohesive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and analytics.

Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a modern and accessible experience.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

8 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.

Experience working on responsive and mobile-first designs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Knowledge of motion design or microinteractions.

Prior experience in agile/scrum environments.
