RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and plan UX/UI activities including user research, stakeholder analysis, and design strategy.
• Conduct and oversee user research through interviews, focus groups, field observations, questionnaires, and co-creation workshops.
• Lead usability testing, analyse insights, and recommend data-driven design improvements.
• Design and guide information architecture, user flows, interaction models, and interface structures.
• Create and review wireframes, high-fidelity visual mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and system behaviours.
• Provide design leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers (if applicable).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Present design rationale, research findings, and UX strategies to stakeholders and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in end-to-end UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in user experience design and successful project outcomes.
• Proven track record of leading at least 3 end-to-end design projects using a wide range of user research and usability methodologies.
• Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with both business and IT domains, especially in government sector or enterprise-level digital solutions, is advantageous.
