Job summary

A reputed banking service provider in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in AI/ML and strong automation skills. You will map processes, create user flows, and build automations using Power Automate, while also working on UI/UX design. About the client

Our client is a Reputed Bank.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and UX: Map current/target processes, and create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes. Conduct quick usability tests and convert insights into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define epics, user stories, data needs, ROI; maintain requirements traceability and process maps.
• Collaborate with engineering to align with enterprise architecture, security, and responsible AI standards.
• Automation and prototyping: Build working automations with Power Automate (cloud/desktop), Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps. Implement JSON‑driven workflows, update SharePoint/Dataverse, call REST/Graph APIs, manage approvals.
• Contribute to prompt design, grounding/RAG, evaluation, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT with 4 years in business analysis/product roles in banking with 2-3 years with AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms.
• Experience in UI/UX skills - wireframes, journey maps, prototypes; ability to run usability tests and translate into stories/AC.
• Strong Automation experience with Power Automate (cloud/desktop) and Azure Logic Apps; JSON transformations; custom/connectors; Microsoft Graph/REST; document generation and updates to SharePoint/OneDrive/Dataverse.
• Industrial working experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Cognitive/Document Intelligence, Functions/Logic Apps, Key Vault, Entra ID, and monitoring.
• Data/tools: SQL and basic Python; Power BI or Tableau; Jira/Azure DevOps; Git; excellent stakeholder communication.
• Strong preference will be given to candidates who can both build lightweight React UIs and develop end‑to‑end Power Automate flows.
