Job summary

WSA is seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to contribute to Agile development and testing lifecycles. You will design comprehensive test specifications, automate UI tests with FlaUI and SpecFlow, and ensure coverage across Functional, System Integration, Performance, and Compliance testing.

You will develop and maintain test data and automation frameworks, execute tests, analyze results, and report metrics. Collaboration with developers and SMEs is essential to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile SDLC and testing within Agile environments.
• Desktop and/or mobile application testing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development/testing fundamentals.
• Hands-on with automation and performance testing tools including FlaUI, SpecFlow, Selenium, Appium.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in Agile software development and testing lifecycles.
• Review and analyze requirements to design test specifications (Functional, System Integration, Performance, Compliance).
• Design, develop, review, and maintain test scenarios, test cases and data (manual and automated).
• Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks (FlaUI) and SpecFlow for BDD.
• Execute manual and automated tests, manage traceability and coverage of user stories.
• Plan, track, report defects, and provide testing metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with test engineers, developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes and automation coverage.
