Job summary

Scroll seeks a UGC Engineer to own the full creative-to-performance loop for high-volume content. You will design TikTok-native concepts, manage creators, and optimize campaigns for rapid growth with data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn wins into reusable frameworks, tests, and templates while maintaining fast-paced execution and clear communication.
