Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace, or related field.
• Proven experience in a program management role within engineering or aerospace.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
• Familiarity with advanced materials, composites, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team in UAV division.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet schedule, scope and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and supply chain to streamline workflows.
• Develop strategic plans for growth and operational excellence in advanced materials.
• Prepare and present performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, health and safety, and policies.
