Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA/Test Analyst to support a key strategic initiative in the wealth management domain. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a new IT system by defining, developing, executing, and reporting on testing efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Must have 3 years of hands-on experience in UAT, software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks;
• Must expertise in designing and implementing test automation solutions;
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative delivery;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams;
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple testing activities concurrently.

Desired Skill-set

• Banking/Wealth Management domain experience is a strong plus;
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts;
• Collaborate with stakeholders including PMO, IT, Product Development & Strategy, Business Units, Operations, and Risk Management to ensure quality outcomes;
• Design and implement automated and manual test cases to support functional and non-functional testing needs;
• Conduct unit, integration, system, and performance testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks;
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and SMEs;
• Track, analyze, and manage software defects to resolution in collaboration with development teams;
• Provide regular status reports on testing progress, risks, and issues;
• Perform exploratory testing and ad hoc validation when required;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and best practices across all testing phases.
