Job summary

A recruitment firm based in Singapore is looking for a candidate to support project delivery and implementation of new and existing products. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and be proactive and detail-oriented. Insurance industry knowledge is an advantage. This role welcomes fresh graduates as well as those with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery and implementation of new and existing products, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and validate business requirements and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with proper documentation.
• Track and resolve system defects in coordination with IT, conducting post-deployment verification as needed.
• Develop training materials, conduct stakeholder training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree (or equivalent professional qualification).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and in teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment; insurance industry knowledge is an advantage.
