Job summary

Brunel International S.E.A Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced TAR & Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and execute plant turnarounds and related projects at a major industrial gas facility on Jurong Island, Singapore.

The role involves developing work scopes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, timely delivery of activities, including minor CAPEX and reliability projects. The candidate will support commissioning, shift-based execution during turnarounds, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in maintenance, turnaround, shutdown or project engineering.
• Experience coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage turnaround worklists and execution plans.
• Prepare detailed work packages, methodologies and resource requirements.
• Coordinate engineering reviews, permits, drawings and documentation.
• Support turnaround scheduling, readiness reviews and risk assessments.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and services.
• Monitor contractor performance and project milestones.
• Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans.
• Support shutdown, startup and commissioning activities.
• Manage minor CAPEX and plant modification projects.
