Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in oil, refinery, petrochemicals or chemical processing.
• At least 5 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to plan and execute Turnarounds & Shutdowns.
• Ensure compliance with TA Manual and project strategies.
• Benchmark for top quartile TA performance.
