Job summary

A tuition center in Singapore is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to provide education advice, assist with enrollments, and manage daily operations. Happy Tutors Learning Centre is a social enterprise that provides small group tuition to students from all levels. We focus on providing quality education services and also give back to the community by offering our services to the disadvantaged families.

Job Scope
  1. Provide earnest education advise to parents and students for them to make the best education decisions for themselves.
  2. Assist customers in the enrolment of our tuition classes and enrichment programs
  3. Take charge of the daily operations of the tuition centre, including keeping the place clean and tidy.
  4. Communicate with tutors and students effectively and positively to coordinate new classes or schedule changes
  5. Handle all communications with parents by taking over the centre’s mobile phone.
  6. Follow up closely with all parents in their enquiries.
  7. Collect payment and issue receipts for tuition fees.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years experience doing customer service for enrichment centres
  2. Able to work with spreadsheets
  3. Able to communicate positively and efficiently with parents, tutors and students
  4. Good understanding of the Singapore education system
  5. Infallible work ethics
