Tuition Center Teacher (IB，IGCSE，PYP, all subjects)

About the role

BLOOM EDU HUB provides curriculum development and offers both online and onsite customized 1-on-1 training, as well as small-group classes (3–8 students) for learners of all year levels. We specialize in tuition programmes for elementary and secondary students, helping them consolidate their learning and improve academic performance in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Chinese.

Key responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one and group classes and adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with different learning styles and abilities.

• Creating detailed lesson plans that outline the objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments for each class with inhouse teaching material provided.

• Designing and administering assessments (quizzes, tests, projects) to evaluate student progress.

• Providing timely and constructive feedback on student work and assigning grades.

• Establishing and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes learning.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, educational research, and new teaching technologies.

• Maintaining open and regular communication with the class consultants to keep them informed about student progress, behaviour, and any concerns.

• Collaborating with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve the overall educational experience and support students with diverse needs.
