We are seeking a dedicated full-time Secondary Maths & Science Tutor (hematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics) to join our expanding team.
You will mentor students using our signature FAST Learning System, helping them bridge the gap between knowing and scoring, and developing confident, independent problem-solvers for school and national exams.
This role is ideal for committed educators who want stable full-time hours, long-term growth, and the opportunity to make a transformational impact.
Salary Structure
$3,000/month during the initial 3-month probation period
$3,500/month to $4000/month basic salary upon successful confirmation
Annual performance reviews with salary progression opportunities
Additional cash bonus if class target is hit.

Deliver engaging lessons in:
Secondary Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology & Physics (Combined Science & Pure Science levels)
Align lesson delivery with MOE syllabus and CLG’s internal teaching frameworks.
Apply the FAST Learning System to help students perform under exam conditions.
Break down challenging concepts into clear, structured explanations.
Keep classes interactive, student-focused, and results-driven.
Plan lessons, track progress, and update parents using CLG’s in-house reporting system.
Assess student understanding through worksheets, quizzes, and mock exams.
Provide personalized feedback to help students correct errors effectively.
Prepare concise progress summaries for internal monitoring and parent communication.
Communicate student performance clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with CLG’s teaching team to ensure consistent lesson quality.
Take part in CLG’s Headstart, Bootcamp, and Revision Programs when scheduled.
Attend in-house training to master the FAST Learning System.
Contribute to curriculum planning, worksheet design, and team discussions.
Uphold CLG’s values of excellence, mentorship, integrity, and innovation.
Candidate Requirements
Skills & Attributes
Strong mastery in Secondary Mathematics and all three sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Physics).
Effective communication and classroom management.
Patient, encouraging, and committed to student improvement.
Able to simplify complex topics into step-by-step, structured explanations.
Organized, dependable, and adaptable to student needs.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ tutoring experience preferred.
Familiarity with O-Level / NA / Express exam formats and MOE syllabus.
Training is provided for tutors new to the FAST Learning System.
