Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage home trial logistics across assigned projects.
• Identify, log, and track issues through to resolution.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor trial progress and KPIs.
• Analyse trial data and produce status reports for stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and automation of trial workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trial readiness.
