Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Treasury professional to manage day-to-day treasury financing operations, including payments and transaction reviews, with responsibility for drawdown/repayment schedules and internal reporting.

The role requires a minimum degree in a related discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with availability to start immediately or on short notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Treasury financing team, including payment processing and initial review of transactions.
• Prepare and maintain drawdown and repayment schedules for supply chain financing facilities.
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain internal Treasury reports using data from multiple sources for management review.
• Coordinate periodic and ad-hoc reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and banking partners.
• Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and documentation requested by banking partners.
• Coordinate information requests from banks relating to the renewal and maintenance of existing financing facilities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper retention of financing agreements, supporting documents, and Treasury records.
• Support ad-hoc Treasury projects and operational tasks arising from business requirements.
