Job summary

Adecco Portugal is partnering with a growing Tech Co. to recruit a Treasury Manager in Singapore. The role covers end-to-end financing activities, including funding, debt management and loan accounting throughout the full lifecycle of facilities.

You will lead loan drawdowns, monitor covenants, and optimize liquidity and financing costs while coordinating with banks and other financing counterparties. A hands-on, ownership-driven approach with strong Excel and modelling skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of treasury experience with hands-on exposure to term loans, project finance or structured financing.
• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline; professional qualifications preferred.
• Experience in infrastructure, real estate or asset-intensive industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead financing activities for new infrastructure and investment projects, including term sheet review and lender coordination.
• Plan and execute loan drawdowns in line with project schedules and capex requirements.
• Manage full debt lifecycle: drawdowns, interest, repayments, prepayments, refinancing and covenants.
• Maintain relationships with banks and facility agents, including reporting and compliance.
• Monitor interest rate exposure and support funding and hedging strategies.
• Oversee loan accounting, accruals, fees and debt-related reporting.

• Adecco is partnering with a growing Tech Co. We are looking for a Treasury professional with strong debt management background to join the team.
• As a Treasury Manager, you will manage the end-to-end ownership of financing activities supporting the Company's growth and expansion plans: covering funding, debt management and loan accounting throughout the full lifecycle of the facilities.

Main duties & and responsibilities

• Lead financing activities for new infrastructure and investment projects, including term sheet review, facility documentation and lender coordination.
• Plan and execute loan drawdowns in line with project schedules and capital expenditure requirements, optimizing liquidity and minimizing financing costs.
• Manage the full debt lifecycle, including drawdowns, interest servicing, repayments, prepayments, refinancing and covenant monitoring.
• Manage relationships with banks, facility agents and other financing counterparties, including lender reporting and compliance requirements.
• Monitor interest rate exposure and support funding and hedging strategies to optimize the Company's cost of financing.
• Oversee loan accounting, including drawdowns, interest accruals, fees, capitalized borrowing costs, reconciliations and debt-related reporting.

The Talent

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline; CA, ACCA, CPA or CFA qualification is preferred.
• Over 6 years of relevant treasury experience, with hands‑on exposure to term loans, project finance or structured financing.
• Experience within infrastructure, real estate, or other asset-intensive industries is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of facility agreements, financial covenants, loan accounting and interest rate hedging.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with a hands‑on, commercially minded and ownership‑driven approach.
