Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee banking relationships, financing activities, cash management, and treasury operations. Job description

Position Summary

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing theCompany's banking relationships, financing activities, cash management, andtreasury operations in Singapore. The role will work closely with banks,internal finance teams, and senior management to support business growththrough efficient funding and treasury management.


Key Responsibilities


  • Banking Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international banks.

    • Serve as the primary contact for banking matters, including account management and banking facilities.

    • Coordinate with banks on financing requirements and treasury-related services.



  • Financing & Loan Management

    • Assist in arranging and negotiating banking facilities, including working capital loans, trade finance, revolving credit facilities, and other financing solutions.

    • Prepare and submit financing documentation required by banks.

    • Monitor loan utilization, repayment schedules, and covenant compliance.

    • Support refinancing and renewal of existing banking facilities.



  • Cash & Treasury Management

    • Monitor the Group's cash flow and liquidity position.

    • Coordinate daily treasury activities and optimize cash utilization.

    • Support foreign exchange transactions and banking operations where required.

    • Ensure adequate funding for operational requirements.



  • Financial Analysis & Reporting

    • Prepare treasury reports, financing analysis, and cash flow forecasts.

    • Support management in evaluating financing options and funding strategies.

    • Assist with annual budgeting and financial planning related to financing.



  • Compliance & Internal Coordination

    • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal treasury policies.

    • Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and external financial institutions.

    • Support finance-related projects and process improvements.




Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or ACT are an advantage.


Experience


  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management.

  • Experience working with commercial banks or corporate banking is preferred.

  • Experience in arranging loans, trade finance, and banking facilities.

  • Experience in multinational companies is an advantage.


Skills & Competencies


  • Good understanding of corporate financing and treasury management.

  • Familiarity with banking products, trade finance, and loan documentation.

  • Strong financial analysis and cash flow management skills.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage due to regional business communication.
