Job summary

Elegant Group (Singapore) seeks a highly analytical finance leader to head treasury, M&A, and governance for its real estate platform. You will drive liquidity management, hedging, forecasting, and capital-structure optimization.

With 7–10+ years in corporate finance or treasury in real estate, you will lead valuation, deal execution, and tax planning while ensuring SGX rulebook compliance and adherence to the Singapore Code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate required.
• CFA/CA/ACCA or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• 7–10+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or treasury with a Real Estate focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury, forecasting, liquidity management and working capital optimization across real estate portfolios.
• Drive M&A processes including valuation, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiations.
• Provide regulatory guidance on SGX Rulebook and Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
• Develop tax strategies for direct and indirect taxes within real estate holdings.
