SJ Group is seeking a motivated Treasury Intern to support a major transformation project in a multinational environment. You will work with Group Treasury, Finance and IT on cash pooling, bank migration and treasury processes.

The internship offers hands‑on exposure to corporate treasury, liquidity management, systems implementation and project management across banks, consultants and country teams.

Formación

• Year 2 or Year 3 undergraduate studying Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills – PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data analysis.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data and learning new systems and processes.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
• Interest in corporate treasury, banking, finance or fintech.
• Advantageous but not essential: Power Query, Power BI, SAP/ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain project trackers, action lists, meeting notes and RAID logs (risks, actions, issues and decisions).
• Support bank onboarding and KYC, including documentation tracking and follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Maintain and analyze bank account, entity, currency and cash‑pooling information.
• Assist with Excel‑based analysis of cash balances, liquidity, bank accounts and other treasury data.
• Support payment and collection migration from existing banks to newly appointed banks.
• Assist with validation and maintenance of bank, signatory, user‑access and other treasury master data.
• Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT) by maintaining test scripts, results, issues and supporting evidence.
• Assist with country/entity readiness tracking, workshops and follow‑up of outstanding actions.
• Support preparation and updating of Treasury procedures, SOPs, process documentation and training materials.
• Assist with cutover and post‑go‑live monitoring, including issue and action tracking.
• Prepare Excel analysis, dashboards and PowerPoint materials for project and management meetings.
