Job summary

Sea's HQ Finance department is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support cash, liquidity, and working capital across Garena, Shopee, and Monee. You will help manage funding, intercompany transactions, and daily treasury operations.

You will ensure SOX compliance, oversee bank accounts, KYC, and system interfaces, while driving automation and AI-assisted improvements. This role requires a finance or accounting degree, 1 year of related experience, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related qualification.
At least 1 year in conglomerate, technology or banking environments.
Understanding of cash investments, liquidity, and regulatory flows.
Proactive, analytical, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Prepare liquidity reports including cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
Monitor global cash positions and optimize liquidity across entities.
Execute short-term funding activities with group policy compliance.
Maintain treasury SOX controls, documentation, reconciliations, and audits.
Support bank accounts, KYC refresh, mandates, and e-banking access.
Collaborate with country finance teams on Group Treasury policies and standards.
Assist in trade finance instruments issuance and administration.
Support TMS operations and identify automation opportunities.
Contribute to dashboards and self-service reporting; document workflows.
