Treasury Analyst - Cash Management & Forecasting (Onsite)

Job summary

Wesco in Singapore, SG is seeking an Analyst - Treasury to support daily treasury activities including cash management and financial planning and analysis.

You will oversee corporate cash management, banking relationships, and funding decisions while researching market trends and investment opportunities. The role requires analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders and banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a finance-related field.
• 2–3 years of treasury, finance, or banking experience; 5 years preferred.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile prior day cash balances.
• Prepare wire transfers and other funding to balance cash position.
• Prepare daily intragroup wires and third party payments per Limits of Authority policy.
• Serve as system administrator for bank reporting platforms.
• Coordinate with banking service providers to resolve issues.
• Prepare Bank documentation (KYC, update bank mandates, other requests).
• Provide reporting and analysis on bank activity (fees, interest).
• Assist with cash forecasting on a monthly basis.
• Seek process improvements using technology and professional development.
• Complete other ad hoc Treasury projects as needed.
