Responsibilities

• Design and formulate promotional campaigns.
• Contract with hotels and attractions yearly.
• Manage in-house fleet and staff performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts department's diligence and invoice management.
• Approve payment for suppliers and payroll checks.
• Recruit local staff to enhance service delivery.
• Attend seminars and trade fairs for networking.
• Create new products for MICE events in Singapore.
• Organize training for staff and quarterly meetings.
• Propose improvements for company growth.
• Meet with suppliers and clients to propose services.
• Source IT companies for system enhancements.
• Improve website and social media presence.

Job description

• Design and Formulate Promotional Campaigns
• Contracting with Hotels and Attractions on a yearly basis
• In house fleet management, drivers’ employment and performances review for all staff
• Ensure accounts department are managed diligently with due diligence and all invoices are sent out to clients
• Payment approval for suppliers, payroll and CPF payment checking for Director approval
• Look out for local staff for employment to enhance company service delivery are on high standards
• Attend seminars, trade fairs across different destinations
• Create new products for MICE event in Singapore
• Ensure company creates training for local staff for upgrading, trainings, conduct quarterly meet session between staff and management
• Propose improvements on all aspect of company growth and planning
• Attend meetings with suppliers and potential clients to propose our company services
• Source local IT companies to build up our system for client to use on the smart phones.
• Website improvements and improvise and promote companies’ social media marketing presence
