Job summary

A luxury goods company in Singapore is seeking a Financial Analyst Intern to support financial reporting and analysis. The candidate will assist in preparing budget templates, reconciling financial data, and contribute to monthly reports. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in finance or accounting, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. The role requires commitment from November 2025 to July 2026.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in relevant fields.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and budgeting principles.
  • Previous experience in Finance Operations is an added advantage.

Job description

Support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for Hermès Asia with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting preparation of templates for each reporting phase (Budget / Estimate / B+2 / Closing)
  • Assisting in preparation and checking of subsidiaries working files: Sales, Gross Margin, Inventories, Profit and Loss Template
  • Checking and reconciling financial data between systems such as Magnitude and Excel
  • Preparing budget presentation slides for the Group Executive Committee
  • Participating in monthly regional reporting, including Monthly Sales Report, Stock Report, and Margin Report
  • Contributing to ad hoc analysis for the Regional Chief Financial Officer
  • Optimizing consolidation processes
  • Supporting finance manager and local internal controller with internal control preparation and analysis
About you

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial transaction systems
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, accounting, and cost control principles
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Availability to commit from November 2025 to July 2026
  • Previous experience in Finance Operations is an added advantage
