Support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for Hermès Asia with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting preparation of templates for each reporting phase (Budget / Estimate / B+2 / Closing)
- Assisting in preparation and checking of subsidiaries working files: Sales, Gross Margin, Inventories, Profit and Loss Template
- Checking and reconciling financial data between systems such as Magnitude and Excel
- Preparing budget presentation slides for the Group Executive Committee
- Participating in monthly regional reporting, including Monthly Sales Report, Stock Report, and Margin Report
- Contributing to ad hoc analysis for the Regional Chief Financial Officer
- Optimizing consolidation processes
- Supporting finance manager and local internal controller with internal control preparation and analysis
About you
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial transaction systems
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, accounting, and cost control principles
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Availability to commit from November 2025 to July 2026
- Previous experience in Finance Operations is an added advantage
