Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Demand Planner for Travel Retail APAC in Singapore. You will join a dynamic team shaping beauty distribution, driving forecasts with Marketing and Sales, and coordinating across Finance.

You will analyze Sell-in/Stock-in-Trade data, optimize forecasts with AI-assisted tools, and ensure accurate plans from day one. Fluency in English and FMCG experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and AI-based forecasting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to build forecasts.

A Day in the Life

As a key contributor to our TRAPAC sales forecast, you will drive business growth alongside Marketing and Sales.

• Consensus Forecasting: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to build and align demand forecasts.
• Data Analysis: Analyze Sell-in, Sell-out, and Stock-in-Trade to identify trends, risks, and action plans.
• Optimization: Monitor forecast indicators and leverage digital and AI-driven tools for continuous improvement.

We Are Looking For

• Experience in demand planning or supply chain (FMCG background is a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and digital/AI forecasting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
