Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and closure of data in the Transport Management System.
• Create and manage jobs within the system for daily operations.
• Prepare job charge sheets and collaborate with the Finance team.
• Maintain organized records of important documents.
• Support the Transport Manager in planning and scheduling routes.
• Report on key transport KPIs.
• Implement adherence to SOPs within the transport department.
• Investigate delivery discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
