Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
• Composure and professionalism when handling stressed or upset customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics supervision is a plus.
