Job summary

A leading logistics provider located in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations. You will collaborate with carriers and drivers, plan transportation routes, and prepare documentation. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in fleet management along with good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of transportation regulations is a plus. The role requires working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend hours.

Job description

The incumbent will perform collaboration with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations at 1 Greenwich Drive.

What you will do

• Collaborate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams on movement of shipments in accordance with delivery schedules.
• Plan optimal transportation routes to minimize transit times and costs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate transportation‑related documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and delivery confirmation.
• Optimize load consolidation to maximize vehicle capacity and reduce transportation costs.
• Monitor on‑time delivery, transit times and delivery accuracy.
• Liaise with customers to provide shipment status updates.

Do you have what it takes?

• Good to have 1 years of experience in fleet management and transportation coordination.
• Candidates with related internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with route optimization software and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers, carriers and drivers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good in Microsoft Excel such as vlook up and pivot table.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance will have an added advantage.
• Class 3 or class 4 driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

Location: 1 Greenwich Drive: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and half Saturday/Sunday 8.30am to 12.30pm.
