Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange daily order delivery schedules based on customers’ requirements to ensure smooth and timely delivery operations.
  • Handle delivery changes, urgent delivery requests and other customer delivery needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor delivery performance and communicate with drivers to dynamically adjust routes and resources to fulfil daily order delivery requirements.
  • Plan and optimal delivery routes to ensure efficient operations and optimal resource utilization.
  • Coordinate and communicate with drivers, ensuring clear instructions and responding promptly to any issues, to maintain high delivery service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to transport and delivery, providing accurate updates and effective solutions.
  • Ensure all delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
  • Supervise fleet management activities including vehicle maintenance, inspections, and all related logistics activities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, incident reports, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular review on route planning, execution, driver deployment, and training to ensure reliable and efficient transport services.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure all transportation activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or transportation operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with drivers, internal departments, regulatory authorities, and customers.
  • Meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, resourceful and adaptable in a fast‑paced dynamic work environment.

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)

  • 7am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 7am to 12noon (Alternate Saturday)
