Job description

Job Scope

• Attend to and evaluate referrals by renal physicians for live and deceased donor transplant
• Assist potential donors and recipients in the entire kidney transplant process, which including provide counselling and conducting transplant workup for potential donors and recipients
• Maintain close connections with all stakeholders and MOH officials pertaining to organ donation and transplantation
• Assess patients’ suitability regularly to maintain suitable patients on Transplant Waiting List
• Assist to schedule laboratory investigations, tracing and documentation of results, schedule appointments and arrange clinic reviews
• Attend ward rounds and clinic sessions where discussion regarding patients’ progress are held

Job Requirements

• A registered Nurse with clinical nursing experience / Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Life Sciences or equivalent
• Able to work independently and well under pressure
• Proficient in MS office
• Good interpersonal skills
