Job summary

China Unicom (Singapore) Operations Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager – Transmission & Data to oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise telecom infrastructure and transmission network projects.

You will lead projects from scoping through commissioning, coordinating between enterprise clients, sales teams, engineering divisions, and regional vendors. The role requires a minimum of 4 years in technical project management within telecom, with English and Mandarin fluency and Cantonese

Qualifications

4+ years of technical project management or provisioning experience in telecom services.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline.
Fluency in English; Mandarin required; Cantonese advantageous for cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Delivery: manage transmission, data connectivity, and fixed-line deployments (SDH, DWDM, IP-VPN, MPLS).
Vendor & Carrier Management: coordinate with loop providers, contractors, and regional carriers.
Governance, Cost & Schedule Control: monitor schedules, resources, and budgets; mitigate risks.
