Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• You will assist the facilitator by documenting key discussion points (in verbatim format) during the focus group session.
• You will set up the audio and video recording equipment, and ensure that the discussion and the participants are correctly captured.
• You will be given audio/video recording(s) to transcribe. Briefing on transcription will be provided prior to commencement.
• Transcripts need to be submitted within two working days.
• During the transcription, you will listen to the audio recording and prepare the transcript based on verbatim.
