Job summary

Job description

Contract up to 31 Dec 2021, Location: WFH / Katong, Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8:45 AM to 6 PM, Salary: Up to $4,500

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate all transaction alerts generated by the Transaction monitoring system
• Timely review of ad-hoc escalated reviews from other functional units within the AML team
• Communicate with relevant business lines and other functional units to provide AML and transaction monitoring advisory and expertise
• Conduct due diligence and background checks on suspicious cases/alerts
• Ensure timely escalation of alerts and escalation of suspicious transaction reports (STRs) appropriately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or related qualifications
• Minimum 2–4 years of AML and/or sanctions experience
• Strong analytical and research skills, with keen attention to detail
• Self‑driven, highly motivated, thrives on challenges, and works well as a team player
• Good understanding of compliance and MAS regulatory requirements in Singapore is an added advantage
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision
• Able to start work within short notice or immediately
