Job summary

A wildlife reserve management organization in Singapore seeks a Tram Operator to facilitate tram operations at a unique wildlife destination. You will manage trams along designated routes, assist guests, and ensure service standards during emergencies. Candidates must have a minimum GCE 'N' Level and a Class 3/3A driving license, along with strong communication skills and an outgoing personality. The position may require working on weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Operate the tram along the designated route.

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate tram along designated route
  • Queue and crowd management at tram stations
  • Assist with guests' enquiry and feedback
  • Provide assistance during tram emergency situations
  • Work closely with tram technicians to ensure trams are in good working condition
  • Manage additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above
  • Class 3/3A Driving License required
  • Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills
  • Good presentation skills, confident, energetic and outgoing personality
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Ensure safety and services standards are always met
