A prominent recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide daily support for a project team. Responsibilities include documentation management, procurement, and logistics coordination. Candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative experience, ideally in the construction or engineering sectors, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a salary range of $2,000 - $2,800, with training provided for those lacking experience. The position is based in Woodlands/Pasir Ris and requires working 5.5 days a week.

  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow at the site.
  • Coordinate logistics for air and sea shipments.
  • Attend site meetings and take minutes.

  • Working Location: Woodlands / Pasir Ris
  • Working Days: 5.5 days
  • Working Hours: 8.30- 5.30pm / 8.30pm - 12.00pm

  • Coordinate and arrange logistics such as air and sea shipments.
  • Attend weekly site meetings and take minutes of the meeting.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in the construction or engineering industry).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Training will be provided for those with/without experience.
