Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a warm Locum Care Support Associate (CSA) to support inpatient care services in Singapore. The role involves patient observation, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with nurses and healthcare professionals.

The contract is for 3 months, renewable with potential for longer-term opportunities. Shifts are AM/PM, and prior healthcare experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, caregiving or patient care is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with patients in inpatient/hospital environment.
• Responsible, patient and able to follow established care and safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient observation and monitoring according to established protocols.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients requiring enhanced monitoring.
• Alert the nursing/care team to changes in patient condition or behaviour.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) where required.
• Support basic patient care and mobility needs.
• Assist with general ward activities and patient-related duties.
• Follow hospital policies, safety procedures and infection control requirements.
• Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
