Job summary

A well-established recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries and manage shipment bookings. The role requires no prior experience as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the Import/Export Department and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This is a 1-year contract position with excellent welfare and benefits.

  • Handle customer enquiries and manage shipment bookings.
  • Arrange and monitor space bookings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate closely with the Import/Export Department for seamless job execution.
  • Prepare and distribute pre-alerts to relevant stations before shipment arrivals and departures.
  • Check daily shipment arrival and uplift details, keeping customers updated.
  • Ensure all special customer requests and handling requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties using strong diplomacy and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Build and foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
