Training Officers x8 – Hougang / Woodlands | Mon–Fri | Upto $2,600

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 0800-1700/0830-1730

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct structured training programmes
  • Support clients in daily living, social skills, community skills & positive behaviour
  • Carry out continuous assessment and progress evaluations
  • Maintain accurate documentation: attendance, ABC charts, reports, ICPs, caregiver updates
  • Coordinate with caregivers, therapists & volunteers
  • Monitor clients’ physical & emotional well-being; escalate when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver quality care
  • Suggest and support implementation of new programmes or behaviour plans
  • Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary / N-/O-Level
  • Experience in disability care, social care, or special-needs education preferred
  • Relevant certifications is advantageous
  • Responsible, patient, empathetic, with good communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with persons with disabilities
