Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and coordinate training programmes.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage training budget and develop marketing strategies.
  • Maintain understanding of training trends and best practices.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for programs.
  • Pre and onsite management of programmes.
  • Post-training follow-up including feedback.
  • Involve in business development of training function.
  • Marketing for programs including email campaigns.
  • Ensure programmes are aligned with WSQ requirements.
  • Maintenance and expansion of databases.
  • Engage in social media to promote courses.
  • Administrative duties.

Training Manager [ Energy Industry ]

Farrer Park

$4,000 - $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Increment

5 Days Role 9am-6pm

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience (at least 3 years) as a training manager, preferable training experience in energy / sustainable / engineering topics.
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programmes.
  • At least degree is required for this role.
  • Has WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) / Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
Job Scopes
  1. Design, develop and coordinate programmes.
  2. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  3. Manage training budget.
  4. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  5. Develop and execute marketing strategies for the promotion of programmes.
  6. Pre and Onsite management of programmes
  7. Post training follow up including participant feedback, continuous improvement of programmes.
  8. Involve in the business development of training function and with the development of new workshops and/or new training modules.
  9. Marketing for training programs including email campaigns, follow up on queries.
  10. Ensure training programmes are aligned with WSQ requirements.
  11. Maintenance and expansion of databases
  12. Engage in social media to promote courses.
  13. Administrative duties
