Job description

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering a full spectrum of learning and development initiatives as part of organizational capability development.
• Create online learning programs.
• Assess employees’ capabilities through learning needs analysis to understand current /anticipated gaps in knowledge and skills set.
• Identify relevant WSQ courses and customer service programs to support life-long learning initiatives.
• Conduct onboarding, orientation and service excellence in alignment with organization vision mission.
• In-charge of the trainee internships from various schools.
• Manage government initiatives for the hotel sector.
• Work closely with various departments to develop OJT for new staff / trainee.
• Conduct interviews and coach trainees.
• Undertaking any other related task/duty that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience training Institution.
• Full ACTA qualification.
• Familiar with government initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning & organisational skills.
• Attention to details on the deliverables and being meticulous.
