Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees (e.g. identify learning needs, develop competency framework and curriculum etc.)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training road map
• Review staff skills and performance periodically
• Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
• Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
• Partner subject matter experts to develop learning outcomes, curriculum, and learning resources
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
• Research in L&D to keep learning interventions abreast of future trends and relevant to learners Supporting Partners

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/NITEC in a relevant HR or business Administration discipline
• At least 1 year of working experience in a HR department with experience in Training & Development, Learning/LMS or Organization Development functions
