Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting sales teams or working with external agencies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting onboarding and training sessions.

  • Ability to analyse sales performance data and highlight trends or issues.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct onboarding for newly recruited salespersons, including introduction to the company’s mission, vision, values, and organisational structure.
  • Deliver onboarding training covering system, sales processes, and core product knowledge.
  • Plan and conduct routine training sessions such as new product briefings, compliance refreshers, and code-of-conduct training.
  • Support the marketing consultant in monitoring and evaluating the performance and productivity of the sales team.
  • Monitor, investigate, and take action on any undesirable sales practices to uphold Code of Conduct and sales quality standards.
  • Work closely with Finance and HR to compile sales commissions.
  • Support the Special Projects Department in executing special initiatives and ad hoc assignments as required.
