An event and training management company in Singapore is seeking a Training & Event Management Executive (Junior Position) to support events and training management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in event organization, be proactive, and enjoy customer interaction. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings. Competitive compensation will be offered.

Training & Event Management Executive (Junior Position)

We are looking for an individual to support event and training management at Value Investing Academy.

(C) WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • You are someone who has at least 2 years of full‑time experience preferably in organizing events from beginning to the end as a project leader. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • You are independent and proactive in getting things done without much supervision. You are honest, meticulous, responsible and mature in personality.
  • You are able to work weekends once to twice every month (there will be off‑in‑lieu) and able to work in weekday evenings around once/twice per month. In event management, working hours are awkward, and you will have to adapt to such working hours. But you will be faulr compensated.
  • You enjoy working with people (About 60% deskbound, and 40% interaction with our customers).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effectively bilingual.
(D) WHAT YOU DO
  • Marketing and managing workshops, following up with emails/sms.
  • Handling all customer enquiries and managing event on that day.
  • Managing all paperwork related to the training.
  • Post‑Course enquiries and support.
