As a Training & E-Learning Coordinator for Pandora’s ASIA cluster, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation, design, and delivery of engaging learning experiences for our Retail teams. You will manage the end-to-end coordination of training materials across various formats — including e-learning modules, classroom sessions, digital tools, printed resources, and video content — ensuring they are high-quality, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives.
You will also oversee logistics such as organizing classroom trainings and managing translations, while collaborating closely with regional stakeholders to adapt content for diverse market needs. In addition, you will lead smaller-scale training initiatives, supporting project tracking, documentation, and timely execution, all in alignment with Pandora’s Global Training strategy.
