Job summary

A leading training and development firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities. You will develop and implement training strategies, manage program delivery with internal and external teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. About The Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training strategies based on organizational needs.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and design effective programs.
  • Create, test, and refine training materials for quality and relevance.
  • Coordinate training schedules and manage attendance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for program delivery.
  • Maintain training documentation and administrative systems.
  • Oversee in-house training sessions and monitor effectiveness.
  • Manage stakeholders across various levels and business units.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in training and development, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in service delivery and performance metrics.
  • ACTA certification and call center experience are advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
