Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Training & Development Manager to shape their workforce development. In this role, you will manage training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives while developing talent for organizational success. Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of experience in the field, with strong stakeholder management skills. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $7,500 per month and is based in a central location.

Shape the Future of Our Workforce | Central Location | 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Are you a strategic L&D leader passionate about developing talent and driving organizational success? We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Manager to design and implement high-impact learning initiatives that empower our workforce.

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our training and development programs. You will ensure our learning strategies are directly aligned with business objectives, enhancing the capabilities and performance of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Analysis: Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy based on thorough needs assessments.
  • Program Design & Development: Design, create, and refine engaging training materials and curricula to ensure maximum relevance and effectiveness.
  • Coordination & Delivery: Oversee the training calendar, manage logistics, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless program delivery.
  • Evaluation & Administration: Maintain robust training records and systems, and monitor the effectiveness of sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels and business units.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in Training & Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
  • Strong experience in service-oriented environments with a focus on performance metrics.
Advantageous Qualifications:
  • ACTA/ACLP certification.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service operations environment.
The Offer:

  • Salary: Up to $7,500 per month
