Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (HR, Business Admin, Data Analytics, IS, L&D, Psychology, Communications).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfortable analyzing data and preparing visual dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support in delivering training programs and coordinating logistics.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for training insights.
• Coordinate training materials, venues, and attendance records.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks for the training team and project needs.
• Support end-to-end training administration from nomination to scheduling.
