  • Adhere to existing SOPs and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Consolidate and provide data for management reporting.

Job Details
  • Contract: 2 years (renewable)
  • Salary: Up to $2800
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
  • Location: Braddell
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrollment, attendance and assessments records via the systems.
  • Processing of training administration from pre- to post-programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
  • Attend to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
  • Adhere to existing SOPs, procedures, documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
  • Other ad‑hoc projects may be required.
